From the Editor's Desk: May 2025

Time to say goodbye to the weird, funny, brown brilliance that only I could bring to this paper. Goodbye to non-white editors. Goodbye to one of the MAJOR DEI hires (Kidding, I swear these people think I'm actually funny).

I'll never forget when my horrid sweetmate said, "Did you read that orange paper? It sounded like you wrote it." She meant the infamous "To My Incoming POC (Panther of Color)". I thought she was being racist. She was, but she was also speaking facts. I would have written that.

So I applied. And somehow became one of those people writing the hilarious, too-real stuff you swore you could've written yourself. This goodbye is hard. I've met so many incredible, chaotic, talented people here. And I will forever cherish the privilege of being part of this little beautiful group of people. . Love my little babies and my mothers and fathers.<3
