Girl Sends 7th Partiful Update

Last Saturday, Chloe Abrams, wrote her magnum opus, 7 text blasts to the partiful for her birthday party titled “Chloe is turning REDACTED” [25]. The rest of the novel takes on an abstract, mosaic quality, likely trying to evoke the disjointed nature of an evening out: “does anyone have $200” “yee…..haw” “did someone take my phone? Sending this update from Abby's phone."

Abrams caps off her tome with an epilogue, a subtle petit bourgeois commentary on our consumer culture. “If you had any pizza at afters last night can you venmo me $3 xoxoxo ty divas.”
