Assistant Frames Company News As Personal Achievement

CAA floater Jared Phillips is giving himself a well-deserved pat on the back, reposting his agency's Instagram post about their client's recent Emmy nominations with the caption: So grateful to be a part of this team, heart emoji, heart emoji.

"I used the Red Heart because Red is kind of our agency's color," explained Phillips, "I hope people understand the reference."

Phillips had an instrumental role in this awards season- last week, he floated for a TV lit agent and sent one (1) Zoom link to another assistant, who sent it to one of the nominees.

"It just feels nice to get some recognition for your work."

This marks the first big win for Phillips in his budding career. He has been at CAA for three months, landing the position after emailing Joe Rosenberg thirty-seven times until he agreed to call HR and recommend him.

"He's so annoying, so I figured he would fit right in!" said Rosenberg about the hire.
