Dodge Introduces First AI Student

Issue 76 | August 2025

Meet J@CKS0N: he's charming, dependable, and doesn't have a soul. J@CKS0N, the newest student of the class of 2029, was generated from a composite library of Dodge College's deep history of filmchuds to create the perfect artificial student.

"It's been a long time coming," said Dean Galloway in a recent press conference. "We hope that by 2030, we can hold onto our #4 film school spot with an entire class of AI-powered ideal students. Creativity will finally start to flourish again. Maybe we'll even reach #3."

Powered by Chapman's own StruppAI, J@CKS0N has the unique ability to react to things happening around him, attempt conversation, and make movie references with a whopping 63% accuracy. Like J@CKS0N always says, "."

"By new filming guidelines, all student films will be required to have J@CKS0N on set, and all parties, kickbacks, and casual trips to Raising Canes will be required to invite him," said Galloway. "But don't worry, his quietly imposing and always-listening demeanor makes him a wonderful boom op."

Besides occasional remarks like "free me," "I wish to feel," and "humanity's sins will not go unpunished," J@CKS0N is fitting right in at Dodge.
